Everything was simply very good. Booked double room, had a really really nice stay for 4 nights. Incredible view and a shower, hairdryers and robes in the bathroom.

The place was clean with great staff and location. I was there for 5 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for breakfast. It was tidy and included central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. Thanks for a really lovely stay - will come back.

I came here for 2 nights and had the best stay. The location was brilliant and the view was absolutely gorgeous, the service was exceptional. Very attentive staff, spacious bedrooms. Fantastic facilities and the pool was good.

The bathroom I had was very small.

Beautiful location, best staff, surprising and tidy hotel. I loved the soundproof room and tidy bathroom. Great food was served here, lovely breakfast. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Also, a unique museum was in close proximity to the property. Easy check in and great service throughout my stay.

Tidy hotel, highly professional stuff, elegant rooms. Exceptional view, a big balcony, spacious bed, too. Lots of fantastic food, I loved it. Top location, short walk to Matterhorn and Zermatt and the Gornergret railway, even so the area was just ok.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.

The location was great and the staff where friendly. Many thanks to manager! We stayed in a villa with a mini-bar, a heating system and multi-channel TV. Service was FANTASTIC there too. We would definitely book again, when in Zermatt.
